This is a Platinum multi-function pen, the Double Action Sterling Silver Amishima.
I purchased it several years ago and used it for a few months before storing it away unused.
■ Condition
It's in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or minor blemishes, but the silver has begun to age overall. The pen tip and clip have discolored to a bluish hue.
Polishing with a product like Piccard might restore its original shine.
The eraser is, of course, unused.
