Purple, an independent magazine founded in 1992 by Olivier Zahm and Elein Fleiss.
This is issue 4, shortly after the magazine split into Purple Journal and Purple Fashion.
After this, Fashion became more commercial, and I believe this issue is from an era that more strongly reflects the founders' intentions.
The pages, which could be described as vulgar with subjects photographed by Terry Richardson, and the contrasting sophisticated layout are unique.
I purchased this new and stored it on a bookshelf.
There is no significant damage.
