One long, skinny pouch on the inside- 6.75 inches deep by four inches across. The strap is huge when let all the way out. I can't really tell you how long the strap drop is, it's longer than a yard stick. But you can wind it in to make it as small as you'd like.

In excellent condition. There are no signs of wear. As close as a bag can be to new and not have tags.
