Porsgrund Nisse Red Gnome Elf 9" Square Serving Bowl circa 1997, white with red rim trim. Made in Norway. The Porsgrund brand is known for its high-end tableware and decor.
The "Nisse" pattern, featuring gnomes or elves, is a popular theme associated with Scandinavian Christmas traditions. These figures, known as 'nisse' in Norwegian folklore, are believed to protect farms and households. The plate is in very good condition. No chips, cracks, deep scratches, or crazing. There is a small manufacturing defect in the red trim shown in picture. Its not a chip as it's smooth to the touch.
