Very special Hawaiian print on this handmade muu-muu circa 40’s. The print features surf riders, outriggers, palm trees, flowers, fish, a Hawaiian king, rainbows, and net fishing. It also has some text.
The fabric is in fair condition with soiling and discoloration. I have soaked the dress so it is clean.
A few separated seams, these would be easy fixes.
The staining- I’m not sure if that can be removed or not.
We found this with a stack of 40’s Hawaiian shirts. This is real deal, made in the 40’s or 50’s. Not just a modern made dress created with old fabric.
