Heisei Retro - Rare Forest House Set - Wooden Dollhouse - 3-story - Ball Nendo

This is a wooden, three-story dollhouse in the style of Heisei-era retro ball-jointed dolls.
It's rare, and I don't think it's sold in stores anymore.
It has been stored in a box in a dark place for a long time, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.

It's on the larger side for a dollhouse.
Size: Approximately 65cm high, 45cm wide.

Assembly instructions are included.

Everything in the photos is included.
It was played with by a child, so there is some age-related wear and tear.
I've taken photos of the noticeable areas, so please check them.

The grandmother doll's apron has stains from aging.
The mother doll's leg is wobbly.
The quilt and red checkered rug that aren't pictured on the box are homemade. They're not much, but I'll include them.
