This vintage set features three classic volumes by American novelist J. Fenimore Cooper, published in the Sterling Edition series by Aldine Book Publishing Co., Boston, likely between 1890 and 1910. The matching clothbound volumes include:
- Precaution and The Ways of the Hour
- Wyandotté and The Monikins
- Homeward Bound and Home as Found
Condition:
- Cover: A bit loose with marks and wear at edges and corners.
- Spine: Library marks, fading, and wear at ends.
- Pages: Overall good condition with some age marks, folded corners, and small tears. Most pages are clean. The title pages have DISCARDED stamps and embossed Fargo Public Library seals (seals appear on other pages as well).
- Edges: Age marks and darkening. The top edge has a pretty gold finish with wear.
