Vintage Jeff Richards union made velvet maxi skirt and matching floral blouse tagged girls 12 but seems to run very long. The shirt has a mend behind one arm and the trim on the skirt has some bleed from the velvet giving it a yellow appearance. Skirt measures 34.5" long 10.5" across the waist. Even with small vintage sizing I can’t imagine a women’s 12 having a 21" waist so it just runs really long. Elastic waistband is great. A couple inconsistencies in the velvet. Shirt is 21" sth 15" ptp 19" sleeves. Has to ship priority due to the weight of the skirt, which is $8.30 built into the price
