This is a hand built ceramic vase, abstract shape.
It was pit fired - which means its an unglazed ceramic piece placed into a pit or container filled with combustible materials like sawdust and paper, then igniting it to create unique colors and patterns through atmospheric effects. Every piece is unique, as is this one.
NOTE: For decorative purposes only - I wouldn't recommend adding water to this vase though, as the firing process doesn't get to high enough temperatures to make it vitreous.
