Beautiful and extremely rare vintage licensed Gunne Sax fabric, produced by Wamsutta OTC Division under M. Lowenstein Corp. This green floral calico is the same delicate style used in iconic Jessica McClintock / Gunne Sax prairie dresses from the 1970s–1980s.
The selvedge reads:

Authentic Gunne Sax fabric yardage is very hard to find — most prints were produced only for dresses and never sold to the public. This is a true collectible piece.
