The main Sharpshooter cross, crafted from sterling silver, bears the maker's mark "IK" for the Imperial Knife Company, a well-known WWII contractor. The suspended "TANK WEAPONS" qualification bar, also sterling silver, is marked "R.F.S. CO." for the R.F. Simmons Company.
