Beautiful 12" Shou Xing Statue, One of the Three Chinese Star Gods (San Xing) Vintage Chinese or Japanese Wood Carving The Taoist God of Longevity with His Peach of Immortality.
Shou Xing (Jurojin is his Japanese name) is the Taoist star god of longevity, and also known as "The Old Deity of the South Pole." He is often depicted with a large forehead and it is said that his mother saw the star of the South Pole when he was conceived.
