The doll is in good condition, does has a couple stains, on one foot and on the back. Needs a little cleaning and so does the little toilet. The vhs is untested. The cover for vhs is poor condition, rips and wear. The book is in fair/poor condition, damaged on the cover spine and lots of rips that were taped up on pages. All pages are attached to the book. Hard to find the set all together. This was my brothers growing up. So it was used/played with a lot. Smoke free home and pet free home.
