Vintage, 1970s, lightweight, short sleeve, yellow, swiss dot, midi dress with a floral embroidered lapel by JC Penney. Union made in the USA. There is no size tag but I think it is small. Please look at the approximate measurements to determine your fit. Crisscross front with a vintage safety pin still attached to make sure it stays shut. Elastic waist. Belt loops with one side broken but no belt included. Sheer fabric so you need to wear a slip. the fabric feels like a cotton and poly blend to me. Extra button sewn to interior. Machine washable. In good pre-owned condition with some signs of wear from normal use.
