There is no size given, I would guess a Medium

Underarm to underarm 17"
Bust from side seam to side seam (at the lace band) 14"
Please note photos: there are several areas with small spots, the most notable seen in the last photo. These are toward the bottom in the folds of the skirt, so not hugely noticed. I have not tried to clean these spots
