Stunning Italian Capodimonte Strawberry Topiary Centerpiece. Handmade, hand painted ceramic, MCM from 1960’s. Majolica style with bright, beautiful colors, gold base painted to look distressed. Certainly a unique statement piece at 11” tall, approx 6.5” diameter and 3.25 lbs. Great addition to any strawberry collection or as fun decor centerpiece tree for summer, collectible rare piece.
In very good vintage condition, minor wear consistent with age of this piece. No major breaks, cracks. There is one small tip of one of the green leaves chipped, see photos. Marked Italy on the bottom base. Base is 3.5” diameter.
