The ring is adorned with numerous small, elongated pieces of vibrant red Italian coral, expertly set in a fine sawtooth bezel technique, characteristic of Zuni needlepoint or petit point style. The silver setting has a dark patina (oxidized) in recessed areas, highlighting the bright coral and polished silver beads surrounding the central cluster.
