Marked Medaille dOr Milan 1906 Levees Visibles Double Plateau Balancier Compense on the dust cover. Features a visible lever escapement, compensated balance wheel, and double roller movement housed in an 875 silver open-face case with worn rose gold plating on the front. A rare piece ideal for restoration.
