Vintage Fontanini Nativity Set 4 Inch Figures Mary Joseph Marked Depose Italy

Vintage Italy Fontanini nativity, circa 1960s-1980s, 4" scale PVC figures (Mary & Joseph approximately 4.25″ tall) & original bark-and-moss stable (particle board base). Mary & Joseph figures marked with spider-starburst emblem, “Depose Italy” on base, matching authentic Fontanini vintage pieces. Angel figures marked “Depose Italy”, have Gloria on their banner & a hook on the back; Jesus & manger are marked “Italy” only, entirely consistent with the era’s production. The stable constructed of rough particle board (underside), natural bark roof, real moss, materials typical of earlier Fontanini stables. Since stables in early production were often not marked, I cannot confirm the stable as Fontanini, though construction suggests it is. There are 2 straight pins attached to roof for hanging angels, you may want to secure these better. Good vintage condition. The figures show expected light surface wear, with no chips or breaks. Stable is well constructed with no loose joints. Smoke free.
