In good used condition. Has normal wear. Does not have straps but looks like originally it came with them. A couple of the tags are torn. Union Made in USA. Back is smocked. There are a few fly away strings but none that seem to be coming undone. It also has a perfume scent and will need to be cleaned. I have not cleaned it.
