This is a Stunning 17" By 21" Danish Watercolors Bird Series Signed By Mads Stage. This has three Robins, 3 birds perched on a pine tree limb. It has the old original sticker on the back that states Danish Watercolors...Bird Series...Honey Maple Frame....Made In USA....Academy Arts. It is double matted in pale yellow with the inner oval a lemon yellow. These colors blend with the birds beautifully. The oval is 12" by 10" and the lemon mat is 1/2" deep. Mads Stage is signed in what looks to be pencil at the end of the limb. I have a matching picture to this for sale also. This is simply gorgeous. Note: This is so large and heavy that a flat rate of 25.00 will be charged for shipping and handling.
Frame is honey maple, in poor shape, lots of gouges and dings, but this could be reframed or frame could be painted.
