This is "Yoizakura" by Black Sphere. It has a relaxed fit and fits a wide range of sizes, including SD, SD13, SDGrB, and SD17. The waist is elastic, and the front is fastened with snap buttons. The fabric is delicate, so it's recommended to avoid putting stress on the fabric when removing the snap buttons, such as by inserting your fingernail between them. Delicate ribbons are threaded through the sleeves (upper arms) of the jacket and the hems of the pants, allowing you to adjust the fit by tying or loosening them.
The wrinkles were present from the time of purchase, as they are part of the design.
