The product is a set of 10 vintage Pelikan Plaka paints, made in Germany. These high-quality paints come in 15ml glass bottles, perfect for hobbyists and artists.
I bought this secondhand and never opened the bottles but it appears like maybe one or two had been used before but I only say that due to the rusting on the brush and the discoloration of the blue bottle.
The case is perfect and functional and clips closed for easy storage.
They don't make things like this anymore.
