This is an incredible piece from my own collection.
This bracelet is marked "TV-142(?)", which is the vintage Taxco identifier/marking, Mexico and 925 (sterling silver) on the inside of the cuff.
The cuff measures about 2.5" long, but according to the sizer it should fit a 6.5-7" wrist. It is malleable, so I'm sure you could adjust it further. It's also about 11mm thick.
