Great condition. There is only one area that looks to be missing sequins, which is around the buttons. Please see the photos. There are no holes, stains, or pilling.
Buttons up the front to about the belly button level with a drawstring waist. It has high slits up the front and both sides. There is no size or material tag. Shown on a size small mannequin. I could see this being worn as an evening jacket or as a top with pants.
