Purchased this touchscreen 2-in-1 foldable laptop brand new at Best Buy in 2017 for approximately $1,200–$1,400. Extremely lightweight, folds 360° into tablet mode, and features a responsive touchscreen. You can also use a compatible stylus pen (not included). This laptop was used ONLY for college assignments—never for gaming.
This laptop still functions well but has several issues to be aware of:
*Battery does NOT hold a charge.
The laptop works perfectly while plugged in, but if the charger is removed, it shuts off. Battery stays at 0% and will not charge despite replacement.
*Screen intermittently glitches.
Troubleshooting attempted (including BIOS update), but BIOS cannot complete because the battery cannot reach the required 30% charge.
*Fans may be showing signs of wear.
In the past, the fans would occasionally make a grinding noise similar to a car trying to crank over. The noise eventually stopped on its own, and the laptop does not appear to overheat, but condition unknown
