This gorgeous handmade crystal dish by Daum France, titled Vide Poche GM Figues PDV (translates to Large Trinket Tray With Fig Design) showcases an elegant fig leaf with fruit, blending luminous purple, amber and teal blue tones. There is also a tiny lizard perched at the tip of the leaf. Crafted using Daum’s exclusive pâte de cristal technique - where crushed crystal is carefully melted and shaped - each piece emerges with exceptional depth, sparkle, and rich coloration, making every example truly unique. The sculptural fig leaf design feels alive from every angle, highlighting Daum’s mastery of art glass. The underside is signed Daum France, and the dish includes its original box with the UPC sticker on its side. Also included is the original receipt from Galeries Layfayette, dated November 15, 2006. Adding special provenance, this piece was originally purchased by my mother during one of her many trips to Paris, making it a collectible work of art.
