Victorian / Edwardian multi colored design cameo brooch. I don’t know what the white cameo (shell?) is. It is a very old piece. Based on my research it has a friction C-Catch mechanism that was pretty much only used in the 1840-1890s. I bought it as “black hills gold” but I’m not so sure now since black hills gold was founded in 1870s. It’s in excellent condition for its age and the clasp works. I don’t know much about it besides that. See all pics and judge for yourself.
