According to the research I have done, the yellow stamping in the insole means that these Bostons were manufactured prior to 2017, when Birkenstock switched to using mostly black or blue ink to stamp the insoles of their shoes. According to my research, this means that they have a solid cork footbed instead of the modern soft footbed, making this a rare treat to find for an enthusiastic Birkenstock fan!
