Celebrates multiple Eagles milestones: 2017-2018 Super Bowl Championship sleeve patch and 2004 NFC Champions patch on the opposite sleeve. Features embroidered helmet logo, "Philadelphia Eagles" script, "Fly Eagles Fly" slogan, and large back lettering with eagle graphic.
