INCREDIBLE mid-century modernist reversible sterling silver ring, likely crafted in Taxco, Mexico according to who I purchased it from.
One side features a sleek black onyx marquise, and the other side showcases a striking inlay of red jasper and white onyx (or mother of pearl).
The setting cleverly flips to reveal either stone, framed by a hand-hammered silver design.
• Ring size: 5.5
• Face length: approx. 1 1/4” to 1 1/2”
• Material: Sterling silver (tested)
• Stones: Black onyx / red jasper / white onyx inlay
Reversible, modernist, Taxco-style-I believe there are markings but I cannot make them out, however, I purchased this from a Taxco collector/expert & she identified it as a Taxco piece.
• Condition: Vintage condition with light patina appropriate for age. Mechanism flips smoothly. No cracks or chips noted.
