Great condition considering its age. 1950s/1960s. The Hecht Co. Faux Fur. Brownish black but looks black to me. No snaps or closures. That's why I'm calling it a shawl wrap. But it does have sleeves. The inside can curl up over the bottom of the sleeves as well. No issues. Clean and doesn't have the "old" smell. Vintage. Doesn't have a size but it would fit a women's adult small.
