RARE Vintage Le Cordon Bleu Paris Culinary Academy Cheese Menu Medal Plaque, in Very Good Used Condition - just showing a little patina, but the mechanics work smoothly and there are no dents or major scratches. Note that the last pic shows the only other one I was able to find online - it is in “new” condition and listed at $225!
This is such a unique and rare piece and is sure to be a conversation starter! The wheel spins and pairs food categories with appropriate wines. So for instance, if you turn the wheel to “White Meat & Poultry,” the window shows “Bourgogne Blanc, Côtes du Rhône, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Fleurie, Volnay, and Soave.” So cool and so useful!
