One of the best holographic nail polishes of all time, Chanel Holographic. This has been used, so please see the fill line. This would have sold originally with “fixing base”, which was a water based nail primer that you would apply first for the smoothest finish. You can use just about any water based primer instead.
This polish has never had anything added to it, and I would be hesitant to add anything since the pigment within is sensitive to formula changes.
