Ceramics by Lindi: Rare Vintage Atlantic Lava Tree

Ceramics by Lindi: Rare vintage Atlantic ceramic Lava Christmas Tree. Very sought after and very hard to come by. Handmade and signed in the USA. Circa early to late 90's. The tree is painted in a fired-on sea mist green glaze, and fired-on mother- of-pearl over the glaze. 22 karat gold is fired onto the entire tree. It was fired 5 times at different temperatures to achieve the final effect. The topper is clear acrylic, 4 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches wide. This is a replica of a Swarovski crystal ornament. The tree is 21 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the star and 13 inches wide at its broadest branch. The base and tree are separate and included. It is lit with an LED light bulb which also is included. There are approximately 99 bulbs glued in. The tree is felted at the bottom to prevent chipping or clattering together.
