Vintage red felted wool cape / poncho with colorful hand embroidery and mirror work details. Open front style with fringe trim along the hem. Heavy felted wool construction with decorative stitching throughout. Likely 1970s Indian in origin, based on embroidery and mirror work techniques. One of a kind vintage statement piece.
Condition:
No holes. Some mirrors are cracked and show patina. A small area of stitching is undone on the inside neck. Slight discoloration at the hem and light signs of wear consistent with age and use. Please see photos for details.
