New Ippo Makunouchi action figure. Never opened. The only thing is I’m not sure how the mouthguard popped out from its spot. And I’m not sure how the plastic got wavey or morphed as you can see in the pictures. The cardboard is a bit worn. Check the condition yourself in photos. Extremely rare.
