Comes with original magazine ad, box, battery cover and strap. Please see photos for item condition, which is pretty good for a nearly 50 year old item. The volume adjustment is broken but you can still adjust it with a needle nose plier. I do have a video of it working, which I am unable to upload it on this platform.
