Set of 10 Vintage Roemer Wine Glasses – Hand-Etched Grapevine, Gold Rim, Green Ribbed Stem, Mid-Century Bohemian German Glassware, 4.5” .No cracks or chips. In great pre-owned condition. The style, known as a Roemer, evolved in Germany and the Netherlands and is a classic glass for Rhine wines.
The green color of the base comes from potash and sand used in the original glass-making process.
