This product is a set of 7 antique Bierstange handmade beer glasses from early 1900s, originating from Germany. These acid-etched glasses are not only collectible pieces for beer enthusiasts but also unique drinkware items with historical significance. Perfect for adding a touch of vintage charm to any collection or for enjoying a brew in style.
The etched deity on the glasses is known to be the Roman god Bacchus/Dionysus - god of wine (grapes), fertility (goats head), agriculture (wheat) & revelry (harp or eagles wings).
All of these glasses are in LIKE-New condition with one exception - The only true defect is a chip on one of the glasses (pictured). I have also included pictures of air bubbles, which were formed when the glass was blown. Each glass is approximately 6.5" tall. Please note the difference in height of the glasses from the first photo, which further proves their provenance.
