Vintage USA Union Made Evening Dress
- black velvet; the shoulder detail is a deep burgundy red color that looks black from afar and has silver metallic details

In really great condition for its age! Just some minor imperfections to the velvet that is only noticeable up close.

I’m not sure of the exact decade this dress is from but it is giving 1980s vibes with the power shoulder and bold bow!
