There isn't much information available about this now, but it's the first Graph 1000 Limited Edition product. It was likely released in 2008, and I purchased this one around 2012-2013 from a small stationery store, where it had been kept. I've stored it carefully since then. It has only been used for test writing.
The color is silver, different from the later-released blue silver. The cap has yellowed. There was a slight difference in color from the body of the pen when I purchased it from the stationery store. This is likely due to aging.
I also have the gold version, which was probably released at the same time (purchased from the same stationery store). If you need photos as a reference, I can provide them, so please comment if you'd like to see them. (I use the gold one with care, so I'm not able to sell it. Thank you for your understanding.)
