Sooo sweet and perfect, but tiny 1980s iridescent Princess prom gown or perhaps flower girl. Layers of shimmery white ruffles with a fantastic sweep on the skirt. Big flowery ruffle shoulders with turquoise plastic flower stamen. It's just so feminine and romantic and pretty! Could be a pretty wedding dress. Zips up the back, cute little waist sash which is removable . No makers tags, might be homemade, or tags could have been removed! There are no issues at all, it's just really small!
