Good previously owned condition. Top button at throat is missing. I don't know if it came with a belt. There's no loops for the belt to pass through so I don't think it did come with a belt. Nova checl linging and wool Zip out insert for winter. I'd rate it a 7-7.5 on a sale of 1-10.
