The dress is from Carolina Herrera's Spring 2019 Bridal line, and is brand new with tags, with zero alterations.
The tag lists the color as "white" but it is not a bright white, and closer to a cream/ivory, as you would usually expect in 100% silk.
Please note that none of the modeled photos uploaded are of me; the photo with the bouquet is of Eleonore von Habsburg wearing the dress at her civil ceremony. (Yes, as in House of Habsburg - this dress is literally fit for royalty!) As you can see, she hemmed the dress a bit so that hers was slightly below the knee rather than midi length.
