This listing is of a large 19th Century bisque porcelain bust representing a young woman with wheat stock detail on the hair and bust. She is depicted with her head sideways looking slightly upward, her mouth open in a smile revealing her teeth. Her hair in an updo features cascading ringlets that showcase several wheat stocks. The same theme is repeated on her dress with wheat stocks on her bust.
The work is signed by G. Lèvy for Georges Lèvy (1820-1899). Signature is on the back of the bust above pedestal.

Pedestal: 5-1/2" in Diameter
Material: Biscuit
Condition: Two ends of the wheat stocks on her hair are chipped and one on her bust. Please refer to last three images. Some minor cooking cracks but otherwise in good antique condition.
