Off the shoulder flared sleeves, open underneath for comfort and ease of movement, a corseted waist and column skirt
This dress is NWT but in hand cleaning some spots on the bottom the outer lining did seem to shrink a bit causing the lining to hang a tad bit lower but can easily be fixed with an alteration. See pics.
Small spot on one of the flared sleeves that I believe would come out at a dry cleaner. See pics.
