Rare antique oyster plate by Richard Klemm of Dresden, featuring six sculpted wells and a raised center well, richly decorated in ornate hand-applied gold scrollwork. Classic Rococo influence with elegant scalloped edge and fine white porcelain body. Marked with the RK Dresden crown mark on the underside.
Measures approximately 9 inches in diameter.
Excellent condition — no chips, cracks, or repairs; only minimal age-consistent gold wear.
Produced in Germany, circa 1890–1914. An exceptional collector’s piece of high-quality Dresden porcelain.
