Here is what Xerjoff’s website says about the notes:

“As with all perfumes in the Join The Club collection, the ingredients of Shunkoin are kept a closely guarded secret, inviting the wearer to immerse themselves in the scent.”

Fragrantica shows notes that are not present, like cherry blossom, and not notes I know are in this fragrance, like the very prominent coconut - here is MY OWN opinion about the scent:

I find it to be a smooth, spa-like scent with creamy coconut and subtle vanilla, gently warmed by subtle spices that I can’t quite identify. It feels calming, cozy, and quietly luxurious, like warm oils in a high-end spa.

What to know: if you are looking for a sunscreen coconut scent this is NOT for you! The coconut is very natural smelling - like a freshly cracked coconut - with a hint of sweetness. I did not know this when I bought it, so I’m giving full disclosure!
