Vintage New custom handmade solid 14 K yellow gold and natural diamond nose bone approximately .03 carats 22 gauge sealed in sterile package direct from a body piercing jewelry store(sample used in photo of the same exact item). Please view all photos for best description. Photos do no justice for how unique amazing and awesome this wonderful vintage nose bone is in person.
